After you have entered your search criteria and have pressed the Search Button the results are shown in the results panel below the search criteria panel. By default the results are sorted by name (church name, organization name, etc), in the language assigned to the user. The example below shows all churches that use the "Karen, Pwo" worship language.
From this list you can view select a church from the left most column to view the churches full information. By clicking on a church the Churches screen is displayed in place of the results panel.
You can sort the table by clicking on the up or down arrow next to the column name. These arrows only show up when you hover over the column name with your mouse. For example in the picture below if you click on the highlighted up arrow the results will be sorted in descending alphabetical sequence by Church Type. If the down arrow was clicked on the results will sort the resulting churches in ascending sequence by Church Type.
At the top of the search results panel is the Action Bar that allows the user to perform various functions:
By default the data displayed from the search are the columns shown in the picture above. The columns displayed can be changed by pressing on the View button and choosing what data fields you want visible on the search results pane.
To Export the search results into an excel file press the small excel icon.This only exports the columns shown on the search results pane
To add a new church press the Add Church button
To toggle the Show Table Filter press the table icon.
On the bottom-left of the search panel there is a label called Columns Hidden:
This label shows the potential number of data fields that are hidden and could be shown on the search Results Screen.These fields can be exposed by selecting using the View button.
On the bottom-right of this panel you see the number of Records Found that meet your search.The maximum number of church records that you can browse through in this table is 200; if you find more results, it will display: Records Found: 200+. However, when exporting the table to excel, showing it on the map or printing mailing labels all results of your search will be used, which can extend far beyond 200 records.
Below the Records Found labels there is a small down arrow button.This button toggles the visibility of the Contact Persons panel which is below the search panel.
