This is a tab on the Contact Person page.
At the left you can enter or view all the e-mail addresses of the person. Press the + to add a mailing address, and the X to delete one.
It is possible to setup mailing lists in Harvest. These will appear under 'Subscriptions'. If you check a box, this person is then subscribed to that mailing list.
- With the checkbox 'Send Mailings?' you can indicate which e-mail address(es) should be used to send the e-mails to.
- If you are the National Coordinator and would like to add e-mail lists, please do so under the Lists functionality or contact GlobalRize for support.
The Receive Group E-mail checkbox indicates whether or not this person would like to receive information from groups, like a national plan, a city evangelistic event, etcetera. These groups can be setup in Harvest and be used, among other things, to send e-mail updates to associated churches.
