Organizations

Denominations have their own focus in Harvest. They are much more than just a grouping of churches.

Denominations can have their own:

• Contact persons such as secretaries, leaders, etc
• Labels: e.g. reflecting child baptism vs. adult baptism.
• Fields: denominations can have distinctive information stored in Harvest per church/
• Administrators: it is possible to create user accounts that can only administrate churches in this denomination.




It is also possible to store (Christian) organizations in Harvest. They are typically called organizations if they do not have churches, but are still maintained in Harvest for their contact information or ministry-related information. Because it would be cumbersome to constantly speak about "Denominations and Organizations", we usually refer simply to "Organizations" in this help document to cover both.
